The morning of the march, we walked around a bit. I saw this library, and one of the signs in front was ‘Quilts for Obama.’ I wonder if they ever made quilts for George W. Bush? I doubt it.

We need to go back for a weekend and really see the city, go to the museums and monuments. Washington is a very interesting place, especially from a historical perspective. One evening and a morning before a national march isn’t enough time to do anything. We’ll be back.
